Returns the authenticated client's project folders, ordered by their configured
display order. The response always includes the default project folder
(projectFolderId: 0) alongside any custom project folders.

Filtering

Use the optional name query parameter to filter by a case-insensitive substring
match on the project folder name — useful for resolving a project folder's numeric
ID from a name the user provides, instead of asking them for the ID directly.
