Activates an existing inactive send. Once activated, the send will be processed according to its configured schedule.

Important

• This action is irreversible – activation starts the live email sending process
• A send can only be activated once; already active sends return a 409 error
• The send must have a valid emailId and listId assigned before activation

Behavior

• Sets the send's active field to true
• The send will be picked up by the sending scheduler within 10 minutes
• Deactivation is not available via API (use the dashboard)
