List the recurring payment lists

GET https://api.salesautopilot.com/v2/recurring-payments/lists

Returns the order lists of the account that have had recurring payment (subscription) subscribers, i.e.
the lists the monthly statistics can be requested for. An order list qualifies when it has the
mssys_order_status and mssys_subscription_cancellation_time fields: the cancellation field is created
when the first recurring payment starts on the list.

Order lists without recurring payments, and lists of other types, are not returned.
