Returns all segments for the specified newsletter list with a live subscriber count for each segment.
Archived Segments
By default only active (non-archived) segments are returned.
Pass ?archived=true to include archived segments as well.
Subscriber Count
The subscriberCount field reflects the live number of subscribers matching the segment
conditions at the time of the request.
