Returns the monthly statistics of the last months closed months of a recurring payment list:
active subscribers, subscribers who cancelled but still paid, failed charges, churned
subscribers, the churn base and the logo churn rate.

The month before the first returned month is read as a reference to calculate its base and churn,
so the response contains exactly months rows, oldest first. See the introduction for the
calculation rules.

Only one concurrent request per endpoint is allowed; cache the response for at least 60 seconds.
