Returns the account's verified (authenticated) custom tracking domains, plus the
always-available default domain (track.t.emesz.com) as the first entry.
Only domains with an accepted verification status are returned — pending or
denied domains are not usable for link tracking and are omitted.
Use one of the returned domain values as linkTrackingDomain when creating or
updating a letter with link tracking enabled.
