Returns the list row ids (id of the subscriber rows) behind one number of the monthly statistics,
so the subscribers can be shown or exported.

cancelled_paying | Subscribers who cancelled in the month but paid it |
failed | Subscribers whose charge failed in the month |
churned | failed of the month followed by cancelled_paying of the previous month |
base | active and cancelled_paying of the previous month |
At most 5000 ids are returned; total always holds the full number and truncated is true
when the list was cut.
